Boys and Girls Recreational Gymnastics

Gymnastics is a great all round sport that develops numerous aspects of fitness such as balance, coordination, body awareness, strength, flexibility, and power. We believe that our recreational program provides children with a great introduction to this sport, and hope that it can build their passion for gymnastics. We are passionate about gymnastics and we hope that we can pass this onto all the children we coach.

Recreational Program Manager – Amy

In the recreational program at BTYC Gymnastics, we separate our gymnasts into different classes based on schooling grades for an easier enrolment process, and for the gymnasts to socialise and train with others that are similar in age. Both girls and boys train on the same apparatuses to ensure their fundamental skills are developed on a wide range of apparatuses for ease of transition between all BTYC programs athletes may wish to pursue in the future.
